Absorption
This is a graph of the molar extinction coefficient of
Dansyl glycine, H2O dissolved in water.
It was measured by R. A. Fuh on summer, 97
[H. Du, R. A. Fuh, J. Li,
A. Corkan, J. S. Lindsey, "PhotochemCAD: A computer-aided design and
research tool in photochemistry," Photochemistry and
Photobiology, 68, 141-142, 1998]. Dansyl glycine, H2O has a molar
extinction coefficient of 4,300 M-1cm-1
at 327.25 nm [R. F. Chen, "Dansyl labeled proteins: Determination of extinction coefficient and number of bound residues with radioactive dansyl chloride," Anal. Biochem., 25, 412-416, 1968].
We were unable to record a fluorescence spectrum, thus no file is included.
